We are a Polish software development agency seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in London or remotely. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing outbound sales opportunities.

Job Description

You will proactively identify, qualify, and close outbound sales opportunities using innovative strategies to reach potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and personalized connections. You will also represent the company at tech events, conferences, and networking sessions, building a robust professional network and generating new leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in international software development services or software solutions, with a focus on proactively reaching out to new clients.
  • Proven ability to independently attract and engage clients from the UK and Europe, using creative strategies and personalized outreach techniques.
  • Experience building strong, lasting relationships with potential clients, from initial contact to closed deals.
  • Self-driven and independent in managing day-to-day outbound sales activities, including lead generation, cold outreach, and pipeline management.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive), using it to track progress and strategize outreach.

Salary and Other Information

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000-£80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The role requires fluency in additional languages and willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
