Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Engineer to join our team at ISR Recruitment. As a Desktop Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our desktop computing infrastructure.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices, as well as providing technical support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement desktop computing solutions that meet business needs
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Provide technical support to end-users, either in-person or remotely

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience working with desktop computing systems, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team and have a customer-focused approach.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £32,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, vehicle allowance, staff discounts, and training allowance.
