Job Description

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting quality learning experiences for pupils and delivering small group work.

You will follow school policies and procedures with regards to safeguarding and behaviour, and work with children of mixed abilities including SEND.

The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum, experience of supporting quality learning experiences for pupils, and the ability to quickly build positive relationships with both staff and students.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need relevant qualifications or teaching assistant experience in the classroom (e.g. CACHE Level 3 Diploma in childcare), UK experience as a teaching assistant, and an enhanced DBS certificate registered with the update service or be willing to complete a new DBS.

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum is available, depending on experience, reflecting the importance of this role in providing a positive impact on children's education.
