About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing tailored support to students, creating engaging visual aids, and promoting effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist students with communication challenges using phonics and Makaton
* Develop and maintain visual aids and displays to promote student engagement
* Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure consistent support and communication
* Support students in developing their communication skills and confidence

Requirements:

* Experience working with students with autism and communication challenges
* Strong understanding of communication strategies and techniques
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
