About the Role:
The Graduate Teaching Assistant will provide valuable support to the teaching staff in a secondary school setting. The role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks.
Responsibilities:
Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
Help manage the classroom, ensuring students are focused and engaged.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help.
Promote positive behaviour and help students reach their full potential.
Requirements:
A degree in a relevant subject or field.
Passion for education and working with young people.
Experience working in schools or with young people is desirable but not essential.
The ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic school environment.
