Voter Registration Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Voter Registration Director to join our team at the Asian American Community Fund of PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our voter registration program, developing and implementing strategies to increase voter registration and turnout in Asian American communities across Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive voter registration plan, including setting and tracking goals, timelines, and evaluation metrics.
- Collaborate with Power Caucus member leaders and API PA field and organizing staff to build relationships and coordinate voter registration strategies.
- Supervise and coordinate API PA field/organizing staff and Power Caucus civic engagement staff/leaders on shared VR program goals and projects.
- Develop and deliver trainings and educational materials to support field staff and member organization leaders to effectively meet voter registration goals.
- Attend VR events and canvassing as needed to support training and capacity building of staff and leaders.
- 2-5 years of experience working in a nonprofit organization or personal experience organizing in Asian American communities.
- Demonstrated experience with facilitation and training related to VR programs over 1-2 election cycles or generalized experience with facilitation and training for 2-3 years.
- Excellent listening, verbal, and writing communication skills.
- Commitment to social and economic justice, and knowledge of issues affecting Asian American communities in Pennsylvania.
- Google Suite (Docs and Sheets) proficiency is required.
This position is remote with travel required within Pennsylvania for in-person events and meetings 1-3x monthly, as needed.
