About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Coordinator to join our European team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Amazon EU Account and collaborating with various teams within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a clear winning Amazon strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure alignment between sales and marketing teams by providing launch dates, product information, and content.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of launch activities, including sales numbers, customer feedback, and supply chain metrics.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Support promotional planning and post-promotion analysis.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and achieve high levels of delivery of all tasks requested.
  • Attend sales and customer meetings.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/Powerpoint and ability to manipulate/analyse data.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, execution, and data analysis skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Robust work ethic and eagerness to advance professionally.
  • Incredible attention to detail, especially in data analysis and customer communications.
  • Experience in Seller and/or Vendor Central, either representing a brand or running your own Amazon business.
  • Understanding of Amazon file uploads and listing best practices.
