Ecommerce Project Coordinator Role

The Candidate Ltd is seeking an Ecommerce Project Coordinator to enhance their online presence and drive website growth. This role is a crucial part of their Ecommerce strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor trading performance, including traffic behavior and conversion triggers, and provide insights in team meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate meetings related to ecommerce, technology, and development.
  • Assist with the day-to-day maintenance and development of the business' e-commerce websites.
  • Manage feedback gathering, project tracking, and roadmap management.
  • Use web analytics tools and work with the Dev and Insight Team to monitor the performance of key website elements and understand the success of promotional programs.
  • Conduct full site audits to ensure accurate online stock display.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar ecommerce role and project coordination, particularly in the technical and digital space.
  • Good understanding of Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, analytics tools, and Adobe.
  • In-depth understanding of key trends, seasonality, banner clicks, traffic behavior, and conversion triggers.
  • Strong communication skills with team members and departments.
  • Passionate and target-driven.
