Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Activity Coordinator to join our team at Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing social and therapeutic activities to our service users, promoting their well-being and supporting their recovery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and delivering group and individual activities
  • Developing and implementing activity plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Working closely with nursing and occupational therapy teams to ensure seamless care
  • Providing support and assistance to service users to help them regain confidence and independence
  • Facilitating information sharing and promoting choice, self-determination, and opportunities for socially valued roles and community connections
