Heavy Haul Rail Operator

Freightliner Group Ltd, the UK's largest maritime intermodal logistics operator, seeks a highly skilled Heavy Haul Rail Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating trains in a safe and proper manner in accordance with Railway Group Standards and Company Standards.
Job OverviewWe transport containers from all major deep-sea ports to our national network of inland terminals, as well as offer rail freight services across Europe seamlessly connecting European countries and the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure that you are fit for duty before booking on with the control/performance desk.
- Responsible for the safe movement of traction units and Freightliner trains.
- Comply with Freightliner Heavy Haul standards and Railway Group Standards.
- Personally up-to-date regarding competence including relevant route/traction knowledge.
- Good safety related performance record.
- Full UK Manual Driving licence.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
