- About the Job:
- We are seeking a skilled Home Care Scheduler Lead to join our team at CV-Library, responsible for coordinating and scheduling care visits for clients.
- This role plays a critical part in ensuring the effective delivery of home care services, meeting client needs and staff availability.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Care Scheduling: Schedule care visits for clients, taking into account their needs and staff availability.
- Staff Coordination: Manage communication with care staff to confirm their availability and allocate shifts accordingly.
- Client Liaison: Gather and confirm care requirements from clients and their families, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate records of care schedules, client preferences, and other relevant information.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting or a similar scheduler role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A compassionate approach to care.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
