Job Title: Female Domiciliary Support Worker

The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, with a rate of GBP12.10 per hour.

Halcyon Health & Social Care is a family-run domiciliary care provider based in Warrington, seeking several female support workers to expand their services.

Role Overview:

We are looking for compassionate and dynamic Female Domiciliary Support Workers to join our growing team. This role requires someone who is not only skilled in providing care but also possesses a great personality to foster genuine connections with clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable driving within the local area and engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Document care plans and report any changes in clients' conditions to the management team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a female candidate (as per confidentiality policy).
  • Hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Be willing to undergo background checks and training as required.
