Job Title: Senior Manager – Test Security
Job Summary:
The Senior Manager Test Security is a leadership role within the Operations team at Cambridge University Press and Assessment. This role is responsible for protecting the integrity of our assessment products. The successful candidate will establish and implement test security frameworks, policies, and processes to identify and mitigate risks within the OET test delivery supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test security frameworks, policies, and processes to safeguard the integrity of the OET Test.
- Ensure alignment of security protocols with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers and the wider operations senior management team to identify, investigate, and mitigate security threats against our assessment products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in test security, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
