About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Spa Therapist to join our team at Apex Hotels. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a wide range of health and beauty treatments to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct treatments to a high standard, following Apex Brand Standards at all times
  • Ensure reception and relaxation areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming, as well as fully stocked
  • Handle enquiries in person, via telephone, and email
  • Process bookings and payments
  • Maintain and clean all equipment to an effective operational level
  • Meet required standards of service delivery within the spa (Efficiency, Accuracy, Customer Care) with an emphasis on exceeding customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide a tailored service towards individual clients
Requirements
  • Hold a genuine desire to provide a Warmer Welcome to our guests
  • Have experience of working in a customer-facing role
  • Hold a HNC in beauty therapy
  • Have excellent level of English - written and oral
  • Previous experience of working within a Spa environment is desirable
