Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct treatments to the highest standards, adhering to Apex Brand Standards at all times.
  • Ensure reception and relaxation areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming, with all necessary amenities available.
  • Handle guest enquiries in person, via telephone, and email, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Process bookings and payments efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain and clean all equipment to ensure optimal operational performance.
  • Meet required standards of service delivery within the spa, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, customer care, and exceeding guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide personalized services to individual clients, tailoring treatments to their specific needs.
  • Work independently, taking ownership of your tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring consistent standards in all aspects of your work.
  • A genuine desire to provide a warm welcome to our guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
  • A HNC in beauty therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
