About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Spa Therapist to join our team at Apex Hotels in Edinburgh. As a key member of our Spa Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a warm welcome to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct treatments to the highest standards, following our brand guidelines
  • Ensure reception and relaxation areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming
  • Handle guest enquiries and bookings in a professional and efficient manner
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain and clean all equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, providing a tailored service to each guest
  • Work independently, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve guest queries

What We're Looking For:

We want someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a spa environment is desirable, but not essential. We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.
