About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Spa Therapist to join our team at Apex Hotels in Edinburgh. As a key member of our Spa Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a warm welcome to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct treatments to the highest standards, following our brand guidelines
  • Ensure reception and relaxation areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming
  • Handle guest enquiries and bookings in a professional and efficient manner
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain and clean all equipment to a high standard
  • Meet required standards of service delivery, with a focus on exceeding customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide a tailored service to individual guests

What We're Looking For:

We want someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent attention to detail, and is able to work unsupervised. You will have a genuine desire to provide a warm welcome to our guests and be able to bring your own unique personality to the role.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role
  • HNC in beauty therapy
  • Excellent level of English, written and oral
  • Previous experience in a Spa environment is desirable
