Job Title: Fine Dining Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, with experience in luxury F&B operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fine dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards and high-quality food preparation.
  • Lead a team of skilled chefs and wait staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the executive chef to create menus that showcase the finest local ingredients and culinary expertise.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to optimize cost control and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, kitchen operations, and food safety protocols.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, guests, and external partners.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
