As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between engineering and delivery functions, driving collaborative practices and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a digital delivery strategy, aligning with MWH Treatment's overarching goals
  • Collaborate with regional leads to identify key resources and build a strategic in-region team
  • Support the management of the digital delivery toolbox maturity matrix, ensuring seamless integration of digital tools
  • Facilitate digital rehearsals, providing training and coaching to resources as needed
  • Develop 4D models utilizing Synchro for digital rehearsals, linking models and programs for visualizations
  • Embed BIM 360 Field as business as usual for project delivery, serving as a community champion and providing training and support
Requirements:
  • Experience in implementing change management and driving digital agendas at business level
  • Detailed knowledge of information management requirements
  • Passion for new technologies and ability to apply them throughout the project delivery lifecycle
  • Confidence in presenting and hosting webinars to educate the region and improve digital maturity
