Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our Water Services team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our digital team, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of digital technologies and strategies across our water business.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, with experience in leading teams and implementing digital solutions in a water or related industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies, working closely with our water digital leadership team to ensure alignment with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies for our water business
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions and projects
  • Collaborate with our water digital leadership team to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Identify and implement opportunities for digital innovation and improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital transformation, with a strong background in leading teams and implementing digital solutions
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in the water industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and execute digital strategies, with a focus on business outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities for digital innovation and improvement
