We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Hasmonean Multi-Academy Trust. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping students with academic and social challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students in the classroom by adapting and explaining work, helping them to focus and engage with their learning.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students, pre-teaching lessons, explaining classwork and homework, and running small groups to help them overcome challenges.
  • Assist with whole-school and year-group assemblies and activities, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • English and Maths GCSE or equivalent qualifications.
  • Flexibility and a team-player mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Patience and understanding to support students with a range of needs, including dyslexia, ADHD, and ASC.
