Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents in accordance with their care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive support.
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use care management software.
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable).
