Care Assistant Role

Responsibilities:

* Providing personal care duties, including assistance with daily living tasks and personal hygiene
* Administering medication as required
* Manual handling, using equipment where necessary
* Promoting customer health and well-being, and supporting them to maintain their independence

What We're Looking For:

* A compassionate and caring individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* A full and valid UK driving licence, with access to a car
* The right to work in the UK
* Excellent English language skills

What We Offer:

* A competitive hourly rate of £12.20, increasing to £13.20 on weekends and £24.40 on bank holidays
* 45p mileage allowance
* 28 days' holiday pro rata
* Full training induction and a 12-week mentor
* Ongoing training and support
