About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at DCS Recruitment Limited. This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities and mentoring and developing our talented team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hunting for New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sectors we operate in through market research, cold calling, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead high-level sales initiatives, including negotiations, contract discussions, and closing deals with major clients.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement stretching sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, focusing on onboarding new clients and expanding market share.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients' needs.
  • Deal Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

About You

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Extensive experience in a sales or business development role, leading high-level sales initiatives.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and developing team members, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of hunting for and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Be able to build an in-depth understanding of payment services and explain technical solutions in a non-technical way.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a professional approach to sales techniques that align with our core values.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a relentless drive for results and a strategic mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
