Business Development Executive Opportunity

HTS Spares, a leading construction machinery parts distributor, is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team in Hereford. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing our customer base, guiding customers through their journey from initial contact to becoming top-tier accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop an existing customer database
  • Qualify and convert marketing leads into sales opportunities
  • Source and develop new leads within the market
  • Maintain and update the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support customers' journeys

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Driven, tenacious, and friendly with a passion for learning
  • Previous experience in business development or a customer-facing role would be advantageous
  • Educated to GCSE level (with minimum C or equivalent in Maths and English)
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and interest in learning product details and technical specs
  • Pleasant and approachable nature
