About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven and ambitious Junior Business Development Executive to join our sales and marketing team. As a Graduate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a high number of customer accounts, achieving sales targets, and providing training to store sales staff and national accounts.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  4. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate account settlement and credit line management.
  5. Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  6. Develop a deep understanding of our company's products and services to provide excellent customer support.
  7. Work closely with different divisions within the business to gain a broad knowledge of our operations.

Requirements

  1. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Ambitious and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
  5. Desire to pursue a career in sales with a valid driving license and own vehicle to travel.
