The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial reporting, forecasting, and project performance analysis. They will also possess excellent contractual knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
  • • Commercial reporting, including forecasting and wider project performance analysis • Collaborating with the operational team to produce accurate End Life Forecasts • Managing client relationships and facilitating effective communication • Providing contractual advice to the project delivery team • Assisting with subcontract procurement and placement, ensuring optimal value and lowest risk • Overseeing payment and debt management • Conducting post-project appraisals and feedback loops with the T & E team • Attending internal and external meetings • Compiling and submitting final accounts


This role offers a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, reflecting the organization's commitment to attracting top talent and investing in the future of the construction industry.
