Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and work on challenging heritage and listed building projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Quantity Surveying within a Contracting environment and experience working on heritage projects is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the financial aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying within a Contracting environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- An estimated salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
