About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Coed Du Hall, a small independent hospital providing a unique service for adults with mental health issues.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to patients with mental health issues
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
  • Monitor patient progress and report any concerns or changes to the healthcare team

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A valid NMC (RMN/RNLD) PIN
  • Experience working in a mental health setting
