Job Title: Adult Neurological Care Provider

We are recruiting an experienced Adult Neurological Care Provider to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in caring for adults with progressive or acquired neurological conditions.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that involves working 48 hours per week. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our patients, as well as contributing to the development of individualized care programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary
  • Contribute to the development of educational programs for patients and families

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant nursing qualification and registration
  • Experience in caring for adults with progressive or acquired neurological conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
