We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Lead to join our team at Country Court. As a Senior Care Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aid residents' emotional well-being and social needs
  • Administer and monitor medications to residents
  • Support residents at meal times
  • Mentor and assist new employees
  • Implement, monitor, and review care plans to meet residents' specific needs
  • Plan, allocate, and supervise the work of the care team
About You

We are looking for someone who is proactive, passionate, and ambitious, with a genuine desire to create a person-centred environment for our residents. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage well with residents and their families.

  • Experience as a Senior Care Assistant and leading a team
  • A friendly and caring attitude
  • Experience of administering medication
  • Able to engage well with residents and their families
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards this
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
