Job Role: Care Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a care assistant. As a care assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily routines and personal care, ensuring they receive the highest level of dignity and respect.
Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily routines and personal care
- Assist with washing, bathing, and toileting
- Encourage independence and promote a sense of well-being
