Job Role: Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a care assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily routines and personal care needs. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily routines and personal care needs
  • Assist with washing, bathing, and toileting
  • Encourage independence and promote a sense of well-being
  • Build relationships with residents and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality care
