**Job Title:** Registered Care Home Manager
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Home Manager with a Level 5 qualification to join our team. As a key member of our client's team, you will be responsible for the overall management of the care home, ensuring high standards of care are provided to the residents, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for residents.
* Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
* Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
* Must hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care Management or equivalent.
* Proven experience in managing a care home setting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* A passion for delivering high-quality care and support to residents.
