Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Delivery Specialist to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of change projects across various operational areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Operations Delivery Managers to develop and implement change projects that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Support a holistic approach to change management, ensuring that each project considers the broader organizational impact and aligns with our company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate change initiatives across multiple areas, including IT systems, processes, and customer communications.
  • Work closely with the Operations Delivery Manager and Head of Home Claims to define a common approach to change delivery and support the budgeting process for each project.
  • Ensure that change is implemented seamlessly, with minimal disruption to our operations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering multiple projects successfully, with a focus on operational transformation and process improvement.
  • Strong passion for driving business growth and improving customer experience through change management.
  • Excellent knowledge of operational and risk management principles and practices, with the ability to inspire and motivate others in a matrix organization.
