About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of change projects across our Home Claims department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations Delivery Managers in implementing a portfolio of change projects, ensuring that these projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a whole systems thinking approach to ensure that each change project considers processes across the customer journey and is implemented well, with lasting results.
  • Ensure that processes within each change project have been documented, controls are in place to reduce the risk of error, and key performance reporting enables project benefits to be tracked well.
  • Coordinate change across several areas, including IT systems, processes, and customer communications, to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Support the Operations Delivery Manager and Head of Home Claims in defining a common approach to change delivery in Home Claims and supporting the budget process for each project, ensuring business cases are robust and the change is delivered on time within agreed spend.
Requirements
  • Track record of supporting and delivering multiple projects successfully, including changes across various operational areas.
  • Passion for improvements and making things better for both colleagues and customers.
  • Good knowledge/awareness of Operational & Risk Management principles and practices and someone who thrives in a matrix organisation by inspiring others.
