About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathic Customer Services Officer to join our administration team. • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Able to manage difficult conversations and be sensitive to the needs of the bereaved
  • Experience working with the bereaved is desirable but not essential

What We Offer

We value equality, diversity, and inclusion, striving to increase the diversity of our workforce, particularly among under-represented groups. As a member of our team, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
  • A supportive and inclusive work environment
  • The chance to make a positive impact on the lives of bereaved individuals and their families
