Gardening Team Lead Position

We are looking for an experienced Gardening Team Lead to join our team in Manchester. As a full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for managing operations, labour, productivity, quality control and safety measures.
You will support the management of operations, ensuring effective labour, productivity, quality control and safety measures are in place. Additionally, you will attend sites and assist with installations, quality checks and site surveys, as well as guiding teams in best practice and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the management of operations, including labour, productivity, quality control and safety measures
- Attend sites and assist with installations, quality checks and site surveys
- Guide teams in best practice and ensure customer satisfaction
- A salary of £27,000 per annum (based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday)
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays (31 days in total)
