About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Learning Support Assistants at the London Learning Consortium. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, providing in-class support during lessons and activities, and facilitating small group activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with varying learning needs
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities
  • Facilitate small group activities and workshops
  • Support students with special educational needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
