As a Learning Support Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, providing individualized assistance, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement learning plans tailored to students' needs.
- Provide in-class support during lessons and activities, promoting student engagement and understanding.
- Assist students in developing independence and confidence, encouraging them to take ownership of their learning.
- Support students with behavioral challenges and social skills development, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Celebrate students' progress and achievements, acknowledging their efforts and successes.

Salary: £21,840 per annum (pro rata for part-time positions)
Working Pattern: Full-time and part-time positions available, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, term-time only
