Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Associate to join our team at the London Learning Consortium. As a Learning Support Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse learning needs, providing individualized assistance, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement learning plans tailored to students' needs.
  • Provide in-class support during lessons and activities, promoting student engagement and understanding.
  • Assist students in developing independence and confidence, encouraging them to take ownership of their learning.
  • Support students with behavioral challenges and social skills development, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Celebrate students' progress and achievements, acknowledging their efforts and successes.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic learning environment.
  • Patience and ability to provide individualized support.

Location: London Learning Consortium campuses

Salary: £21,840 per annum (pro rata for part-time positions)

Working Pattern: Full-time and part-time positions available, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, term-time only
