HR Generalist

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong understanding of UK employment law and its implications, as well as HR best practice. A relevant degree or HR qualification is essential, with a proven track record in a HR generalist role primarily recruitment, absence, disciplinaries and grievances, ER, and HR administration.

This role involves preparing and issuing HR documentation, supporting the HR Team Leader with permanent recruitment, and leading the onboarding process for all permanent starters. The successful candidate will also monitor absence and late reports, holding informal meetings and formal absence reviews, and provide HR advice and support to the business/employees on matters such as Maternity/Paternity, retirement, absence management, disciplinary, and other HR topics.

We are offering a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits including an Employee Assistance Program, Company pension, hybrid working policy, Perks at Work scheme, annual social activities, and free onsite parking.
