HR Generalist

Donaldson Filtration GB Ltd, a leader in solving complex filtration challenges, seeks an HR Advisor to join our team in Poole, Dorset. The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

This position will report into our HR Team Leader and work closely with all departments to provide advice and support. Key responsibilities include preparing HR documentation, supporting permanent recruitment, leading onboarding processes, monitoring absence and late reports, and providing HR advice and support to the business/employees.

We require an individual with a proven track record in a HR generalist role, essential skills including current UK employment law, HR best practice, and relevant degree/HR qualification. A minimum of 3 years experience in a HR role is desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity, especially in challenging situations and when dealing with confidential information. They must also have high standards of professionalism and personal integrity.
