Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Plumpton College. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional catering services to our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus that showcase our farm-reared meats and local produce.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our students and staff.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
