We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at The White Hart, Lewes. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie who is eager to develop themselves and their dishes with guidance from our experienced chefs. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment, with a focus on using fresh and seasonal ingredients to produce fabulous dishes. You will be a real team player, with a flexible approach to working hours and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
