About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Agility Lead to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a Business Agility Lead, you will play a key role in driving effectiveness, efficiency, and predictability to deliver value to customers and colleagues at pace.

You will work in partnership with our Labs to drive agile practices, using your experience, data, and relevant business knowledge to support colleagues in implementing and refining agile methodologies. You will have an understanding of different agile approaches and use judgement to decide when and where to apply them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive agile practices across our Labs, using your experience and data to inform decision-making
  • Support colleagues in implementing and refining agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled frameworks
  • Coach and advise Lab Leaders on agile ways of working, using your experience and knowledge to drive improvement
  • Use data and insights to problem-solve and support Lab performance and productivity

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Agile Coaching / Scrum Mastery (with relevant certifications)
  • Understanding of Agile Delivery Metrics and Evidenced based decision making
  • Experience in coaching and influencing Lab leadership in Agile Ways of Working
  • Experience of using JIRA, JIRA Align and Confluence
  • Ability to drive data quality and the accurate use of JIRA and JIRA Align
