About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Agile Team Lead to join our Defence & Security team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and leading cross-functional agile development teams through the iterative software development lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on bridging the gap between customer needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate team ceremonies and events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Work with Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning and maintain a healthy backlog.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to company standards, processes, and policies.
  • Help determine and maintain overall team velocity and capacity.
  • Serve as an Agile Framework champion and coach teams on the value of agile/scrum.
  • Track and report on agile development team performance metrics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or equivalent, Professional experience as a Scrum Master, Experience of managing multiple agile development teams.
  • Able to work with multiple teams in a servant leader role, focused on successful processes and outcomes.
  • Experience working closely with end users, user researchers, and interaction designers.
  • Experience with data science/analytics tools and understanding of analytics project needs.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and product owners to represent team needs and issues.
