Job Summary

About the Role

As a professionally qualified accountant, you will take a professional and tenacious approach to working with executive stakeholders. You will demonstrate the ability to challenge and influence decision-making through the provision of robust financial data and detail. You will be confident to present at board level, with a background working in construction, ideally the house-building sector, and the desire to make a difference in a purpose-led organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your key duties and responsibilities will include the provision of timely and accurate financial information, with a focus on project financial analysis. Demonstrable ability to interpret and analyse financial data to highlight any issues and areas of concern. You will also contribute to financial reporting, including board level reports. Your collaborative approach will ensure accurate and timely information is provided, and financial performance is monitored, as well as implementing sure risk-based decision-making.
