This Occupational Therapist Career Transition role offers a rewarding opportunity for experienced healthcare professionals to transition their careers into a medico-legal environment. As a Clinical Development Specialist, you will work on assessing customers for benefits managed by the DWP, utilizing your clinical skills and knowledge to create written reports that inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing up to four customers per day, taking clinical observations and questioning, and creating written reports for the DWP.
- Developing and applying your clinical skills and knowledge in a medico-legal environment.
- Maintaining your registration with the relevant bodies through ongoing professional development.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working primarily in-patient facing roles, along with strong computer and IT skills, and the ability to type at 30 words per minute.
Our client offers a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme and life insurance, and estimated salary around £42,000 - £52,000 per annum.
