Front of House Team Member - Feltham, London

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding guest service and ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Process guest orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist guests with menu choices and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and efficient food delivery.
  • Upsell and promote additional food and beverage items to increase sales and enhance the guest experience.
  • Process sales and provide guests with receipts and change.
  • Answer the telephone and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assemble and package orders to our brand standards.
  • Ensure that all guest areas are clean, sanitary, and tidy.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn our point-of-sale system.
